I met Andy through Paul. Paul was the logistical master for the Long Beach Tinyboatsession. I'd met Paul because we both have boats made by Gig Harbor Boat Works. In addition to wrangling boats and locations, Paul called his friends to see if they wanted to Tinyboatsession. Andy heard the call and showed up. He plays a lot in church. However, before he got in a tinyboat and sang, he wanted to know what he was signing up for. I told him how tinyboatsession started. Andy shrugged, apparently convinced that a man traipsing about the country during a pandemic collecting songs might be a little off-kilter, but harmless. Like many of these musicians, Andy was humble with his skill, but he transformed into a song when he played. Put a tinyboat as a background, and it makes a good thing better. Jordan & Clarabelle
