Dustin was the last Port Townsend musician of tinyboatsession, Season 2 (Kristin, Ariel, and Joseph). Like many tiny, pretty places, Port Townsend seems to have more than its fair share of great musicians. Dustin plays for a band called Cold Comfort, which I think is a perfect name for a Pacific Northwest Band. He wandered up, borrowed a guitar, climbed into the boat, tuned it to his liking, and began to jam. I use the boat to get a variety of backgrounds for each artist. With Dustin, I asked Kristin and Rick (the musician and her artist husband that introduced me to all the Port Townsend artists) to sit on the dock to be an audience of two. The last song turned into an audience of three when a sea otter swam up and stopped by for a listen! -Jordan & Clarabelle
