I met Alexandra, Geoff, and Lily through Bela and Emma of Queentide. Bela had called up her friend Alexandra that morning and told her about tinyboatsession. When I finished filming the songs, I saw folks making their way down the breakwater with cases of instruments in hand. They looked like they had songs in their hearts and perhaps wanted to play it on a tinyboat.
Alexandra wore some silver glam-rock David Bowie shoes. She had asked Lily and Geoff to play backup on mandolin and bass guitar. At the end of the session, the three of them helped me get the boat to the ramp, and Alexandra asked if I was collecting songs in the Bay area. I was, and she introduced me to several. Two of them, her brother, Harrison, and Nate would play in Sausalito. -Jordan and Clarabelle
